Please Note:
• Max Capacity: 140 Strolling / 100 Seated
• Rentals must include time to load in, and load out
• $1000 non-refundable booking deposit due to hold date
• 50% cancellation fee inside of 7 days
• Ask about next-day load-out availability & pricing if needed.

Event Rental Does Not Include:
• Tables, Chairs, or Decor.
• Lighting Package or Sound System
• Security, Valet, Front-Door or Parking Attendant
• Gated Parking (There is street parking, and paid parking available nearby).

Pricing:
M - TH Hourly - $300/Hr, 6 Hour Minimum*
F - SU Hourly - $375/Hr, 6 Hour Minimum*

*Possible $150 cleaning fee not included.
Event Insurance or security deposit required.
